Room rates are subject to change and may vary depending on season.

Breakfast is included in all room rates.

Prices do not include Hawaii excise tax of 4.167% and transient accommodations tax of 7.25%.

A deposit of one-night’s room and tax is due at the time of booking to hold the room. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

For cancellations, deposit minus a 20% cancellation fee will be refunded if reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to date of arrival. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date, if room can not be rebooked, deposit will not be refunded.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm; Check-out time is 11:00 am

All rooms are non-smoking.

Quoted rates are for a minimum 2 night stay. A $15 cleaning fee will be added to single-night reservations.
